I would rather live and love where death is king
than have eternal life where love is not
Robert G. Ingersoll This memorial website was created to remember our dearest
Claudia Ticer Monk who was born in
Post, Texas on
February 23, 1931 and passed away on
August 19, 2009. You will live forever in our memories and hearts.
wish heaven had a phone so i could hear your voice again. I thought of you today, but thats nothing new.. I thought about u yesterday and the days before that too.. I think of you in silence and i often speak your name. All i have are memories and a picture in a frame.. Your memory is a keepsake which i'll never part.. God has you in his arms and I have you in my heart forever.

Howard as everyone called him trained horses on a Ranch when he met Claudia. Went to El Paso to get his GED , worked for the Railroad in Texas and then moved the family to Nevada where he worked for Nevada Test Site, owned Arco station and then became Land Developers in Beatty, Nevada. They had 5 kids together "William, Brian, Blake, Ann and Alice" had a very joyful and fulfillin life growing up. There was never any boredom at our house. We Miss and Love both of them This site is for everyone to share their pics, memories, thoughts, and prayers for my grandmother. please help me create this memorial, by adding to it! the anticipation of what this site will become is great. thanks
i remember when i went to school a few years before i was old enough to. i went in my grandmas class room and she let me color at her desk and play on her computer. i think that may have been my first time using or attempting to use a computer. lol i think i was there for quit awhile before she called my mom. i loved having a grandma that taught school. that was until she disciplined me at school. we sure were lucky to have such a great woman in our life.
